Lexus of Rockville provides a good atmosphere for having one's car serviced. I cannot think of one improvement I would make and will continue to reccomend your organization as a place to purchse and/or service vehicles.

The staff and service department were very warm, friendly and professional.

I love this dealership! They do a great job of scheduling appointments and getting everything done correctly and punctually. They always have a loaner in case the service needs to take a while. If I or anyone I know is in the market for a new car, this is the place I tell them to go first and foremost. There's this dealer and there are the others-where you're just a number.

This is the 6th vehicle we have purchased through Lexus of Rockville and the number 1 reason we come back is that our sales associate Sam Adetunji has provided us with utmost respect and understanding of all our needs.

The customer service to date from Lexus of Rockville and specifically, my salesperson, Leo Inglesby, the Finance Manager Christine Kim, and General Manager, Don Nickles has been outstanding. Both Leo and Don have contacted me on several occassions to provide updates on the recall issue and have been extremely professional in their handling of a very difficulty and embarrassing issue. I believe that this issue will be resolved and that my family and I will continue to be extremely proud of our 2010 GX460 and very loyol customer of both the Lexus brand and Lexus of Rockville.
